    The following online practice exams are available:

    • CGMA FLP Strategic Case Study exam
    • CGMA FLP Management Case Study exam
    • CGMA FLP Operational Case Study exam

    The Case Study exam will have a landing page at the beginning that will clearly indicate how many sections will be in the exam and the timings for each section.

    No, there is only one version of the online practice exam available.

    The online practice exam is free of charge.

    You will have 3 hours to complete the Case Study exam.

    No, your responses are not stored in the system and will not be available for review later. The case study practice exam is designed to provide familiarity with the content, format and functionality of the exam. If you wish to save your answers, you should write your answers directly in your personal word processor.

    Once you have scheduled your online practice exam, you must complete it within 30 days. Once the test is started, you will have a defined period of time to answer the questions on the test. If you do not complete the online practice exam within the 30-day window, it will expire.

    The extra time and other accommodations cannot be applied to the online practice exam. Candidates requiring extra time can take the test more than once.

    Booking an online exam

    Yes. For the time being, you will need to create a separate web account in order to take an online practice exam.

    An online practice exam is available for the CGMA case study. The purpose of the online practice exam is simply to help you prepare for the actual exam. You must purchase and take the actual exam in a Pearson VUE test centre.

    No but we recommend you create a profile at least 2 days prior to when you would like to take your online practice exam. Creating your account in advance of taking the online practice exam will help reduce delays.

    The process is easy and can be carried out in a single session. Follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Sign in link at the top of the page.
    2. On the sign-in page:
    • IF you have never tested with Pearson VUE, click on "Create a Web Account"
    • IF you have tested with Pearson VUE before, enter your username and password.
    • IF you can't remember your username or password, you can reset it by clicking on the appropriate "I forgot my _________" link.
    1. Select your exam.
    2. A "Begin exam" button will then be displayed. Click on the button to start the exam.

    Yes. You can cancel the exam as long as (a) you have not started it and (b) the delivery period has not expired. Follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Sign in link under "Returning visitors" at the top of the page.
    2. Enter your username and password.
    3. Select the exam under "Open Online Exams."
    4. Click on "Cancel exam."

    Taking an online exam

    After you have booked your online exam, you will be presented with a "Begin exam" button. Once you press the button, your exam session will start.

    Yes. The exam clock will stop by closing the web browser. You can resume your exam as long as it is within the delivery period and the exam time has not expired.

    To resume the exam, follow these steps:

    1. Click on the Sign in link at the top of the page.
    2. Enter your username and password.
    3. Select the exam under “Open Online Exams.”
    4. Select the “Resume Exam” button
